Refunds
Our aim is to provide you with the best possible service and this also applies to our returns policy. Please do not return any items to QVS Industrial Controls Ltd without first contacting us by either Tel. e-mail or fax, to ask for a Goods Return Note Number (GRN).

If you wish to return goods for any reason please supply the following information:
No goods will be accepted unless authorised by us and the package is marked clearly with the issued GRN number.
We will do everything possible to comply with reasonable requests for returns and will issue any refund due to you as promptly as possible.
Please note that all returns must be received by us within 7 days of us issuing a goods return note number.
If you are uncertain as to whether or not you are ordering the correct item, please contact us for assistance with your choice.
Pricing
All prices are in £ sterling and are exclusive of VAT. Packing and delivery charges are extra. Any exceptions will be clearly marked on the website where relevant.
Payment
You may pay by any major credit card, debit card or cheque. If you choose to pay by cheque, goods will be despatched further to cleared funds.
Product availability
Items shown on this website maybe from time to time be out of stock. If any of your chosen items is not in stock, you will be advised of our best estimate of delivery date at the time you place your order. Please note that an indication of such dates is an estimate only, may be subject to change without notice, and does not constitute a contractual obligation by QVS Industrial Controls Ltd to supply goods by a certain date. However, if availability is unduly delayed, we will use our best endeavours to keep you informed.
Accepting orders
When you place an order, we will treat it as an offer to buy. If we accept your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number, at which point we make a legal contract with you. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will contact you as soon as we can to let you know.
When you receive your email confirmation, you will have an opportunity to check the details and correct any errors.
Delivery
Except where specifically stated, prices are exclusive of delivery to mainland UK only.
Our deliveries in the UK mainland are contracted to outside carriers who deliver Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays) between the hours of 8:00AM and 6.00 PM. We can also offer Next day AM service and timed deliveries. A premium Saturday AM (9:00 AM to noon) delivery is available, if you require this service, it must be specified at the time of ordering. Evening and Sunday deliveries are not available.
We will inform you by email or telephone at least 24 hours prior to despatch of our expected delivery date. We regret that we are unable to specify exact delivery times within that date. All deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt. If goods are showing obvious signs of damage in transit upon receipt, please refuse to accept the delivery.
Transit damage
All goods are examined in detail by ourselves prior to despatch to ensure that they leave our warehouse in perfect condition. However, transit damage unfortunately can occur. If your purchase is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately. If damage is only evident upon opening of packaging, then you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. In either case, we will then arrange a collection of the goods and will re-deliver or repair the goods as soon as possible.
Faulty goods
Goods are fully guaranteed against faults in manufacture, materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from delivery. If your goods develop a fault within 28 days of delivery, the goods may be returned for either refund in full, or replacement. Replacement only is offered after 28 days and before 12 months. These promises do not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or technical issues that can be resolved over the telephone.
Legal
Sales are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will be accepted by us. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
These terms and conditions only cover the QVS Industrial Controls Ltd web site. Any other web sites to which you link from this site may be governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content of web sites which are not under our control.
